Interment at Jeffersonview Cemetery.This memorial was created in honor of Samuel Lee Cohen, Jr. of Dayton, Ohio. Samuel was born on April 14, 1940 and passed on August 30, 2017. Samuel was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.Professional arrangements entrusted to Young Lusain Funeral Home.
