Service will be held Friday, September 8, 2017 at Mt. Moriah MBC (301 Mia Ave). Visitation will begin at 10:00am and service to follow at 11:00am. Interment at Jeffersonview Cemetery.


This memorial was created in honor of Samuel Lee Cohen, Jr. of Dayton, Ohio. Samuel was born on April 14, 1940 and passed on August 30, 2017. Samuel was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.
