Nickla L. (Smith-Ollivierra) Charles 66 of Dayton, Ohio, departed this life December 20, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. She was a native of Piqua, Ohio but lived most of her formative years in Dayton with her late aunt and uncle Nina (Paul) Pollard where she attended Jackson Elementary and Roosevelt High School class of 1969.

Nickla is preceded in death by her mother Barbara Smith and father Coleman Wilder and her niece Ericka Thomas. Nickla leaves to cherish her memory with her one and only loving son Andre’ Ollivierra, of New York; husband Llewellyn” Craig” Charles, of Somerset, New Jersey; brothers and sisters Christopher Smith, Keita Smith Cotner, Anthony Smith, Shannon (Crystal) Elliott of Dayton and Sonovia Smith Jackson of Colorado Springs, CO, and host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
