James F Houston Sr. departed this life on January 13, 2017
James served in the United States Airforce and retired for Dave Dennis Auto Group.
He was preceded in death by his parents Francis L. Houston and Virginia Dixon
brother Glenn Howell and son James F Houston Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife and caregiver Bertha Houston
1 son Jamie Render
daughters: Fonsa Alexander, Joanne Monie, Virginia Houston and Cynthia Houston( Kelvin Trammell)
7 grandchildren/ 10 grandchildren
1 brother: Marvin Houston( Margaret)
3 sisters: Mary J Carter( Leroy), Margie Lovan, Gloria Wilson
Numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday January 19, 2017 at
Mt. Olive Baptist Church 502 Pontiac Ave Dayton, Ohio 45417 where the family
will receive friends one hour prior to services 10am-11am
Rev. Dr. Carlton Williams officiating.
Interment: Dayton National Cemetery
