This past week I lost my sister. A mother, a grandmother, a wife and a friend. I will miss her voice and her laugh. I will miss her advice and her knowledge. She has moved on and left us here to carry on the love that she began. She brought us all love when she bore three beautiful children, who gave her grandchildren, and brought so much love back to her, and to us all. She brought us love and taught us how, when she loved only one man her entire life. Her beloved Alan, my brother and friend.
Today my sister is walking with angels. No longer confined in any way. Her children are the proof of the love that she left us. Now it is up to us to honor her and love each other better and more selfless than ever before. I love you Ruthanne and look forward to being with you in heaven when we all get together with Jesus.
