During my years in Alhambra, Frances was my best friend. We laughed together, clinked wine glasses together, attended endless Council Meetings together--and even cried together.
She mentored me on crafting reports, navigating the legal system, and getting through a Council Agenda. She was there for me whenever I asked for help (and even sometimes when I didn't..." She was the best friend I had ever known or would ever hope for. While we lived miles apart and were rarely able to get together, I knew she would always be there for me...and I hope and believe she felt the same.
Rest in peace Frances, and know I'll always love you. debi
