TIGNER, David Leroy age 65, passed away on May 2nd, 2017. David was born December 15th, 1951 to Herman and Bertha Tigner in Dayton, OH. He was the third of six children. David attended Dunbar High School. He was preceded in death by his parents, and five sisters, Audrey, Leslie and Alicia Tigner, Patricia Newell, and Kimberly Taylor.
David leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife, Barbara Bowman-Tigner; three children, Eric Wiggins, Bridget Tigner, and David C. Tigner; seven grandchildren; special nephew, Russell Wiggins; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 11AM Friday, May 19th, 2017 at Young Lusain Funeral Home, 2060 Germantown St., Dayton, OH. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
