Leslie Byron Lowe, age 63, of Birmingham, passed away November 14, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Laura Lowe, and brother David Lamar Lowe. He is survived by step-son, Bryan Austad, daughter, Joanna (JonDavid) Franklin, grandson, Cameron Franklin, brother Timothy Lowe, and the love of his life, Katherine McGraw. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society and Federal Aviation Administration. Many thanks to friends Larry Lester, Rusty and Shane Locklear, and the staff of St. Vincent's East for their care. A private service will be held for family and friends.
