Funeral service will be held Monday, May 8, 2017, at Phillips Temple Church (3620 Shiloh Springs Road). Visitation will begin at 10:00am with service to follow at 11:00am.

Willie Lou Lenoir of Dayton, reunited with her husband Alphonso Lenoir on April 29, 2017. She was born January 14, 1935, to the late Columbus and Mattie Lee Ford in Heard County Franklin, Ga. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her brothers and sister Charles F. Ford, Eloise M. Wilson and most recently Elmond Ford.

She is survived by her 3 children Darrell A. (Belinda) Lenoir, Carl A. Lenoir and Ardalia R. (Kenneth) Lenoir-Jones, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 3 sisters Ida Ruth Ray Ocean springs, MS, Zelma Pinkney Dayton, OH and Bobbe J. Ford Germany, a sister in law Thelma Ford Grantville, GA and many other relatives and friends.

Willie was a dedicated employee at Dayton Public Schools for 52 years and Mercy Siena Woods for 26 years and attended Phillips Temple CME Church for over 50 years.

Willie transitioned from this life to be in the presence of the Lord.
