Dear Laura, The death of a loved on cripples us emotionally but a good source of comfort is God’s word the Bible, where Jehovah God promises us at Acts 24:15 that “There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” The sadness you feel now can be eased if you reflect on God's future promises for mankind in the Bible. This article found on Jw.org can help you further cope with the loss of your loved one. https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/watchtower-no2-2019-may-jun/when-your-loved-one-dies/

My deepest condolences goes out to the family and friends dear Roseanne. Although, I’ve never met Roseanne, I find it very comforting to remember what Jehovah God and his son Jesus Christ promises us at Hosea 13:14, where it says “from death I (Jehovah God) will recover them”, and at Acts 24:15; where it says; “there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous”. We all long for this glorious day. I pray that these scriptures finds you great comfort and hope.

Dear Family,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I completely understand what you are going through, I've lost a dear loved one as well. Something that helped me to move along are the promises in the Bible. At John 5:28,29, notice what God promises to do to those that have passed away "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life" God promises to bring those who have passed back to life! That is something we all want especially to ease the pain and hurt we feel of losing a loved one. But God promises even more than that, at Revelation 21:4, 5 God says "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new." Everything will be new, unlike the world we live in now. So how can we see these promises and see our dead loved ones again? For more information please visit Jw.org for the answers to these and more questions.
