dear mateo,

there are so many things that i want to say to you, most of them private. sadly, they will remain unfinished conversations for the rest of my life.

i wrote this huge long message to you on this site and it ate the message. i was pretty upset, so here i am replacing it with something much shorter.

i was lucky to know you,lucky to be loved by you, lucky to be someone you called your BFF.

one of the only consolations i have is that you had years of happiness with nyk and his family, who all loved and accepted you in a way you had never before experienced. and that you and nyk passed together, not alone.
