Visitation will be Thursday, November 10th from 1:30-3:30 at Belleview Baptist Church. Funeral service will be at 3:30. Burial will take place at Petersburg Cemetary. This memorial was created in honor of Richard Bowlin of Burlington, Kentucky. Richard was born on July 26, 1946 and passed on November 6, 2016. Richard was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.
