Elroy Avery Facey, also known as “Avery Green” age 41 was born on March 28, 1976 to Eunice Green and Horace Facey Sr. in Brooklyn, New York. Passed away Wednesday May 3, 2017. He is survived by his parents Eunice Taylor (Lincoln) and Horace Facey Sr. (Paula). His two siblings Horace Facey Jr. (Joscelyn) and Erika Facey (Alexander). Two nephews Anthony and Phillip Facey. Proceeded in death by his niece De’Janey Facey and his grandparents Verona Dailey, Martin Green, Gerald Facey and Alexandra Jones. Services will be held on Friday May 12, 2017 at Ethan Temple 4000 Shiloh Springs Rd, Clayton, OH 45315. Viewing at 11:00am and Funeral at 12:00pm. Professional services entrusted to Young Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory.
