Connie was always so fun to be around, and had a special way of being just a bit mischievous and turning everything into a little bit of an escapade. Her kindness and her delight in so many small joys brightened those lucky enough to be around her.

I was a fan of Connie as were so many at National UMC (Metropolitan Memorial). I will miss her sweet and gentle presence in this world. Here is a link to a video highlighting some of the things I loved about Connie: https://youtu.be/7ZBb2bGVfBo. Love, Kris

I have only the best and warmest memories of Connie and Bill McWorkman from my years at Metropolitan Memorial (sorry, still like the historic name). They were unfailingly gracious to everyone in the congregation and were always willing to help in every way they could. They always had irrepressible twinkles in their eyes that went along with their great big hearts. Although I treasure my years as their pastor, it would have been a joy to know them when they were at full throttle. May they both Rest In Peace with all of the Saints of God. Love, Frank
