Peter and boating on Pontoosuc Lake: I have vivid memories of Peter making sure that I was safe (do you recall those old, bulky safety vests with their particular smell?) and having fun on thrilling boat rides on the lake. I was very young, so I’m guessing Peter was still in his teens at that time. Such a good memory.
Also, I remember Peter introducing Paula to us for the first time. I don't recall the details of when or where, but I do remember how happy Peter was and that they were a lovely and loving couple.

From Jim Quirk
Peter the youngest of the three brothers, was always cheerful with a smile.
His untimely departure leaves us with a void that is very painful. We are
so fortunate to have visited Peter and Paula in January 2020 during which time we went out to lunch and had a memorable day.
The family is very proud of Peter's accomplishments. Until we meet again, rest in Peace.

I met Peter in 1966 at Fairlawn Estates where we both lived with respective roommates. It was there he introduced me to his “ big” brother Hugh. He and Paula were already an item and in spite of the crush my roommate had for him their fate was sealed and they married two months before Hugh and I in 1968. The one word to describe Peter is FUN!! He had a great smile and wonderful sense of humor.
The four of us ( and sometimes their friends Warren and Janet) would vacation together. We went in cruises, to Vegas where we got to pet the white tiger pups of Sigfried and Roy, Key West and ate at Pepes where the waitress said “horse feathers “ when we complained of the long wait?? probably the most memorable vacation was in Grand Cayman where we walked from Hell to the turtle farm. Most notable talent was his impersonation of an elephant!!
RIP Peter. I love you??
