In loving memory of Mark Goldstein
10/18/1950 - 3/15/2018

Location: Los Angeles, California

Mark Steven Goldstein, jewelry dealer extraordinaire, baseball enthusiast, and devoted husband, died on March 15, 2018 from a heart attack at the age of 67. He loved baseball, cab driving, selling jewelry, going to Vegas, spoiling his wife, spoiling his grandkids, and raising his kids to wonderful adults, not necessarily in that order. He hated taxes and tapioca, also not necessarily in that order.

Mark was born in Los Angeles in 1950, the youngest of three children. He joined the Navy right out of high school, flying single engine planes making sure the right ships came in to dock. After military, Mark started driving cabs all over L.A. And he knew every inch of the City of Angels. He could take you anywhere, and if you gave him enough time, he did. During this time is when he stole the greatest fare he could ever hope for, his wife Wilma. Eventually his brother David, who he drove cabs with at one point, lured him to the pawnside, where he developed, and tendered, a skill in dealing with jewelry and watches. During the remainder of his life, he embraced this career, both in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Mark is survived by his wife, Wilma; his five children, Shonna, Kimberly, Rebecca, Shawn, and Jeremy; his sister, Barbara; and his six grandchildren
