To the family of Judi Davis, I worked at Rockland for 18 years and each Wednesday I would have lunch with her and her quilting friends. Early on we discovered that I had worked with her dad, Curly McWilliams, at Columbia Savings. I loved her laugh, her joyful personality and her friendship. I am thankful to have known her. I just learned of her passing yesterday.

Losing a loved one is one of the most painful experiences that we can face in life. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. It is natural to feel a wide range of emotions, including sadness, anger, confusion, and even despair. However, it is important to remember that you are not alone. The Bible assures us that God is "the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort" (2 Corinthians 1:3). He understands our pain and is always there to provide comfort and support. Moreover, we have the hope of a resurrection, as Jesus promised in John 5:28-29, which can bring us great comfort during times of loss.
