My deepest condolences goes out to the family and friends of dear Mercedes. She seemed like a wonderful person. Although, I’ve never got the privilege to meet Mercedes, I find it very comforting to remember what Jehovah God and his son Jesus Christ promises at Hosea 13:14; where it says; “from death I (Jehovah God) will recover them”, and at Acts 24:15; which mentions; “there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous”. We all long for this glorious day. I pray that these scriptures finds you great comfort and hope.

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your dear loved one. The future promise God gave us is to bring death to an end. I look forward to this promise and I hope this will give you some comfort. 1Corinthians 15:26

Dear Elizabeth, Imagine a time in the future when those in the grave will be brought back to life here on earth! The Bible repeatedly speaks of such a time. Describing what conditions on earth will then be like, the Bible states that God “will wipe out every tear from [our] eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.”- Revelation 21:3,4. Many who believe in Jehovah the God of the Bible are significantly empowered to cope with grief by embracing the hope of seeing their dead loved ones again.
