My deepest condolences. I truly look forward to the time when God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and there will be no more death, mourning, outcry, and pain, just as it says at Revelations 21:3,4.
It is comforting to know that soon we won't have to worry about losing our loved ones.
But what about the ones we have already lost? Like, dear Carolyn?
Well, the Bible confirms that there is going to be a resurrection- Hosea 13:14. At John 5:28, 29. Jesus says “the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”
Yes, God will surely remember Carolyn and he will resurrect Carolyn to a paradise earth, where there will no longer be any sickness, death, pain or sorrow.
Isaiah 26:19 - (The dead will live again)
Isaiah 33:24 - (No more sickness)
Isaiah 35:5,6 - (More Hope to look forward to)

There are no words that can ease the pain of losing a loved one in death. Therefore, I'll let God's Word speak for me. Psalm 147:3 says , He heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds. May our heavenly Father take you under his protective wings to help you through your sorrow. I have found free comforting information on www.jw.org that I think you will also enjoy. Please feel free to browse at your convenience.

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your dear loved one. Death is an enemy for all of us. The Bible says in Revelation 21:4 death will be no more. I hope this future promise will give you some comfort.

Death is the hardest thing we have to deal with in life. I know words can do little to take away the pain you are feeling, so may the God of comfort be with your family, helping you to cope. I have found free and comforting information on www.jw.org. I hope it can prove to be a source of solace to you as well. (2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17 and Psalms 147:3)

Dear Shelly, When someone we love dies, one sure source of comfort is God’s word the Bible, where Jehovah God promises us at Acts 24:15 that “There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” If you feel sadness now because your loved ones has died, the resurrection will certainly give you reason for happiness because Jehovah has the power to bring them back to life. Please look forward to that wonderful time in the near future.

My condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. May pleasant memories of Carolyn bring comfort during your time of sorrow and remembrance, along with God's promise in the Bible at John 5:21, 28 and 29.
Jehovah is the God of Comfort who can and will heal your broken heart. For His Son, Jesus, said: "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." (John 11:25)
