site out there, and to make it even better, we are free forever! You can view the

How much will I be charged for my memorial?
You memorial, the memorial hosting, the memorial features, everything is 100% free
forever. There is not anywhere on this website that you can even input your credit
card information.
Will I be charged hosting or maintenance fees for my memorial I create?
Nope. Our site and all of its services are free forever. If you ever heard anyone
say we charge money, they are incorrect. We don't even have anywhere for donations.
Why create an online memorial?
Creating an online memorial serves several purposes. It allows you to honor and
remember a lost loved one. It helps you move through the grieving process, it helps

Of Course! Privacy is huge for us. You have to option to set many different types
of privacy. You can unpublish the memorial, set a password, set a question and answer,
remove it from public, require approval for submissions, etc.
Will the memorial I create be online forever?
The online memorial you create will be online until you decide to take it offline.
If you never take it offline, it will be there forever. You will also never pay
a dime for your free forever memorial with unlimited features and space.
How and why can we give this service away for free when all the other sites charge
after their trial period is over?
Ahhh, the golden question. The answer is actually pretty simple. This site is owned
and operated by a web development firm. We own our
own servers, do our own development and updates.
How can others see the memorial I created for my loved one?
There are several ways for you to share the memorial or allow others to find it.
Our memorials allow custom urls that you can select for your memorial. Custom
urls are in the format of "http://www.never-gone.com/memorials/yoururl". You can
give this url out to whoever you wish. Other ways to share you memorial are the search abilities within
the site, the Facebook and Twitter buttons from the memorial, as well as email sharing
directly from the memorial, we can even import your contacts from major email clients
such as Google.
Can other family and friends update the memorial such as photos and information?
They can if you let them. You have complete control of the memorial. If you want
to let your friends and family add photos, videos, etc, just check the box in your
control panel. You can also set them to be approved by you prior to display.
How much space can I have for photos and videos on my memorial?
As much as your heart desires. It's all free.
Will my loved ones memorial always be free?
Always. Even if the site grows to the point of millions of visitors per day, we
will find other means of funding from somewhere else. You will never be charged
a dime, nor will you even be asked. There isn't even a place on the site to enter
billing information.
