Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Albert the Great in Dayton, Ohio on Tuesday February 20 at 12 pm, with visitation occurring at 11 am. Burial at Calvary Cemetery. Donations in memorial of Nancy Lyon can be made to the Catholic Relief Services or to the Ohio Division of Wildlife Fund. She will forever live on in our hearts and loving memories.

Nancy Sue Lyon Frost, 62, suddenly passed away on February 9, 2017. She is survived by her three loving sons Robert, David & Daniel and spouse Jesse. She is also survived by her mother Mary Frost, sisters Lisa & Jacquie, brothers Greg, Tom & Steve, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father Joseph and brother Mark.
Nancy was a devout Catholic, studying the word of God daily and praying whether from her own home, or at the Holy Spirit Parish, St. Pius X Parish, St. Matthew the Apostle Parish, and St. Albert the Great. She was an avid baker, always sharing her joy of home made food and delicious baked goods. She enjoyed exercise, bargain shopping, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cleveland Browns & her parrot Coco.? She enjoyed nature and traveling, including family trips to the Niagara Falls, Yosemite Valley, Great Smoky Mountains, Ft. Lauderdale, Disney World, Key West, Santa Monica, San Diego, Dallas & Salt Lake City. She also loved her home state of Ohio, especially visiting family in Kettering, horse back riding in the Hocking Hills and simply walking through her neighborhood and nearby Blacklick Woods. She actively supported her children and loved spending time with them, from cheering them on at youth Soccer and Cross Country meets, to watching them grow into caring adults.



This memorial was created in honor of Nancy Lyon of Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Nancy was born on March 22, 1955 and passed on February 9, 2018. Nancy was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.
