Jack was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family. Jack was preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth Moore and his father Billy Nichols. He is survived by his wife, Connie Nichols; his children Patrick L. Nichols and April N. Adkins; and 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
