Christopher Dean Phillips (48) of Dayton, Ohio passed away February 21, 2017. He is preceded in death by his mother Shirley Sue Abouaf. He is survived by his father Harold Dean Phillips, Sr., four sisters; Edie Phillips, Shana Buck, Angel Phillips and Denise Radar, three brothers; Harold Dean Phillips Jr.,Jake Phillips and Jesse Leach, six children; Kara, Montana, Wyatt, Levi, Nicole and Zackery and one grandchild, Rylee Jackson. A memorial service will be held at Lusain Funeral Home (2455 Stanley Ave/Dayton, Oh 45404) Friday, March 10, 2017 from 4:00pm-5:00pm.
This memorial was created in honor of Christopher Dean Phillips of Dayton, Ohio. Christopher was born on September 20, 1968 and passed on February 22, 2017. Christopher was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.
