This memorial was created in honor of John Wallace Shores of Birmingham, Alabama. John was born on November 30, 1947 in Birmingham, Alabama and passed on January 2, 2018. John was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family. He proudly served in the US Army.
He is survived by his son, John Michael Shores; two grandsons, Travis and Hunter Shores; two sisters, Carol Markovich and Mary Gregory.
Graveside service, with full military honors, will be Friday, January 5, 2018 at 2pm at Alabama National Cemetery. Cemetery address is 3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115. Website for cemetery is www.cem.va.gov.
