This memorial was created in honor of Moudell Wade of Dayton, Ohio. Moudell was born on July 22, 1915 and passed on January 25, 2017. Moudell was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.

Moudell Wade was born July 22, 1915 in Homer, Louisiana to the late Phiney and Lump Jones. Moudell went to be with the Lord Wednesday January 25th,2017 at Hospice of Dayton. Moudell loved the Lord and was a devoted member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
Moudell worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Housekeeping. She also worked for Dr. Wilson and his family for 30 years, as a housekeeper. Her family will always cherish the cleaning techniques she taught them such as; how to properly make a bed, “Square Corners.”
Moudell enjoyed Bingo, Tonk, Spades, Penny Pokeno, and going to the Casino. Taking her to Bingo was an amazement, she could play all 10 of her boards plus play the boards of her neighbors at the table.
She was also proceeded in death by her husband, Lewis T. Wade, Sr.; son, Henry Jones; daughter, Louise (J.T.) Demmings; sisters, Doris and Ova Jones; brother, Woodrow (Mildred) Jones; granddaughter, Rochelle Wade.
Moudell is survived by her son, Lewis T Wade, Jr; Sister Rosa Lee Allen of Homer, Louisiana; 13 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; a special longtime Best Friend Bessy Jackson.
