OBITUARY:
Michael R. O’Mara of Kensington, passed peacefully on Thursday, April 12, at age 63. Beloved husband of Catina O’Mara. Predeceased by his parents Catherine and William O’Mara. Dear father of Michael (Holly) and Darryl (Kirah). Grandfather (Pop) of: Alyssa, Aubrey, Mackenzie, Ryan, and Lucciana. Brother of the late Tom O’Mara; also survived by sister Kathy Campbell (Pat), and brothers John and Pat. A truck driver of over 30 years with the Nabisco and US Supply companies, Mike also served in the United States Marine Corps where he was first introduced to CDL truck driving. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service Saturday, April 21 from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at THE ALDWORTH FUNERAL HOME, Decatur & Charles Sts., Philadelphia, PA 19136.
This memorial was created in honor of Michael "Big Mike" R. O'Mara of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Michael was born on August 14, 1954 and passed on April 12, 2018. Michael was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.
