Visitation will begin at 10:00am with service to follow at 11:00am.This memorial was created in honor of Linda Kay Winters of Union, Ohio. Linda was born on June 2, 1955 and passed on December 14, 2017. Linda was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.Professional arrangements entrusted to W.E.
