Jacob Welz passed away suddenly on Oct. 3, 2016. He was 27 yrs. old. He is survived by his brother Win (Jenelle) and his twin brother Josh (Asya). His sisters, Summer (Rob) Autumn and Spring. His nephews Nick, Noah, Jack, Max, and Wyatt and his niece Alexis. Numerous relatives and friends. Jacob was born with Biliary atresia, which required 2 liver transplants by the time he was 6 years old. Yet he remained strong and survived. He was on Kidney Dialysis but he never let that defeat him. He recently began working at Wal-mart where he enjoyed his co-workers and customers. He was a wonderful person who will be Greatly Missed by all.There will be a celebration of life on Oct. 20 from 5:30-7:30 at the Delco Park Meeting Place.Light refreshments will be provided.
