Fred Cianciolo, age 87 of Cincinnati, OH passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017. Born March 5, 1930 in Cincinnati, OH. Fred was a downtown Cincinnati icon, proprietor of Cianciolo’s (Fred’s Place) on Main St. for over 60 years, prior to retiring in 2010 at the age of 80. Survived by children Keith Cianciolo, Kim (Chris) Sisson, Karen Cianciolo (Tim Jones) and Karla (Tim) Brodbeck. He will be missed by his grandchildren Zachary, Andrea (Pete), Jacob, Ben, Megan, Matt and Mitch, step-grandchildren David (Jessica) and Kelly (Tristan), step-great grandchil­dren, his sisters Augusta (Jerry) Zang and Mary Ann (Al) Ross, brother-in-law Dominic Pitocco and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Marie (Tedesco) Cianciolo, wife Peggy, daughter Kristina, and sister Delores. Visitation Monday, June 12, 2017 1:00pm at St. Teresa of Avila Church 1175 Overlook Ave. (45238) followed by mass at 3:00pm. Memorial donations may be made to: Visiting Nurse Association, 2400 Reading Rd.,45202 and LSOP (Little Sisters Of The Poor), 476 Riddle Rd., 45220.

This memorial was created in honor of Fred Cianciolo of Cincinnati, Ohio. Fred was born on March 5, 1930 and passed on June 3, 2017. Fred was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.
