Jody Lee Collins 45, of Washington C.H., Ohio left this world to with our Lord and Savior, on January 30th, 2017.
He was born at Greene Memorial Hospital on July 1, 1970 to Leroy C. Collins III and Natalie J. Gulley. He left behind the love of his life, Amy (Moore) Collins who he married March 7th, 2014. His two children Dalton Collins and Tricia (Tyler Althouse) Collins, Stepdaughter Allison Barnhart and was a PawPaw to 3 wk old Laci Althouse. Two sisters Lori Collins and Staci Gulley, Mother and Father-In Law Harry and Bonnie Moore, Niece Shira, Nephews Chandler, Micheal, Nicholas and Elijah. He had many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Jody was a 1989 Graduate of Washington Senior High School. He was an employee at Stark Truss and also served in the United States Air force. Jody loved the outdoors; he loved deeply and was a loyal man to those close to his heart. He was always happy, smiling and outgoing. He made time to thank every veteran he seen. He was love by all who knew him and would do anything to help out anyone. He will be truly missed.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents Robert and Jane Dalton Sr., Leroy Collins II, Dad Leroy Collins III and Martha Powell. There will be a Celebration of Life Memorial Service on February 18th, 2017 at Rose Avenue Community Center from 11 to 2 in Washington C.H., Ohio.
