Patricia Ann Williams Gipson (Pat), age 64, was born in Dayton, OH on November 6, 1953 to Roosevelt and Lula Mae Williams. Pat departed this life on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Grandview Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roosevelt and Lula Mae Williams, and her brother, Larry D. Williams.
Pat was a graduate of Dunbar High School class of 1973. She is survived by her son Darnell Williams, 2 brothers; Kenneth Jordan (Mary) of Phenix City, AL, and Theodore Williams (Sara Rawls): nieces and nephews; Carmen Williams, Theodore Williams Jr., Vickie Reed, and Jermaine Flowers of Dayton; Juan Irwin, Cynthia Irwin-Gist, and James Irwin of Atlanta, GA, and Jocelyn Farril of Phenix City, AL and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pat was very cute as a young girl with a beautiful smile and a shapely figure. Our most vivid memories of Pat are that if she really liked you, she let you know it, and if she didn’t like you, she let you know that, too. She loved her cigarettes, Pepsi, and cats. We will never forget the special bond she had with her nephew, “Luke”.
We love her and will miss her. We pray that God now grants her the peace that she so richly deserves.

This memorial was created in honor of Patricia Gipson of DAYTON, Ohio. Patricia was born on November 6, 1953 and passed on February 3, 2018. Patricia was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.

Knowing that our deceased loved ones in God’s memory are asleep in death and awaiting a resurrection can give us solace and kindle our desire to carry on with life. Yes, we can confidently look to the future when Jehovah God, the Giver of life, will bury death forever.
