This memorial was created in honor of Lucifer "Lucy", moderator at /r/benzos and active participant on the Drug Den and The Bar Discord servers. Sadly and unexpectedly, Lucy passed away at 19 years old on June 9th, 2017. Lucy was born in Israel and lived his life in the United Kingdom. He was a kind, gentle and adventurous person always wiling to lend a helping hand to all. He will be forever loved and remembered by his family, local friends, and the vast community of members he helped grow and support on Discord, Reddit, and other online platforms.
Let Lucy's death serve as a reminder that none of us are invincible. None of us are stronger than fate and none of us can change the will of the world. Practice safe harm reduction techniques, tell your loved ones what you do recreationally, and always be prepared for the worst, because it can happen in the blink of an eye. Remind your loved ones how much you care, because you might not get another chance.
To commemorate Lucy, we will be organizing a memorial in the upcoming weeks.
