Bishop John H. Mathews of Mt. Zion A.O.H. Officiating. Reception will immediately follow at DJ’s 4919 Hoover Avenue.

Antonio L. Rhines born September 29th 1981 was unexpectedly called home on September 13th 2016. He is preceded in death by Grandmother Lucy M. Ross, Grandfather Daniel Rhines, Great Uncle Benny Bostock, Great Aunt Dealice Gillespie, Aunt Benice Rand. He is survived by his Mother Dealice A. Rhines Withers, Step-Father Joseph H. Withers, Brothers Antwan Rhines, Uncle Cory Ross, Step-Brother Jeremy Withers, his wife of 7 years Emily Rhines, a special brother and dear friend JB, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.
