Owens, Leslie Craig, Sr. "L.C.", Age 71 of Dayton, OH passed away January 7, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born in Haynesville, Alabama and was preceded in death by his parents Neal & Florence Owens; granddaughter Alexis Paige and sisters Freddie Pritchett and Alberta Bell. He retired from John R. Jurgensen Construction Company after 39 years of service. He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Jacqueline "Renee" Owens (Willie), Tamara (Eric) Milner; four sons Leslie Owens, Jr. (Toni), Billy, Charles and Dwight Brown; brothers, Melvin (Gail) Owens, (of Dayton, OH), Johnny Pritchett (of Montgomery, AL), sisters Annie Groves, Theresa (Billy) Brooks, Brenda Ham (Steve) (all of Dayton, OH), Virginia Bratchett (Cincinnati, OH), Tammy Owens (Montgomery, AL). He leaves behind eleven grand kids Dominic, Craig, Eric, Samone, Dosjine, Odyssee, Leilani, lil' Charles, Charlie, Dezmond, Jessica. Four great-grand kids and girlfriend Jessie Thomas. He is also survived by the mother of his children Evelyn Trigg and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.
