Barbara Jean Walker, born April 8, 1951. She was the daughter of Elbert and Earlene (Pinkard) Walker. She was preceded in death by her father, mother and two brothers Larry and Blaine Walker.
She leaves behind to cherish her beloved daughter Michele Nicole Clark (Greg) and four grandchildren. Shonnise, Shonn, Brenaye and Brennan and great grandson Jaxon Alexander.
She also leaves behind three sisters Patricia, Vanessa Walker and Denise Tanner of Dayton, Ohio. Three brothers, Elbert Jr (Sonny), Norman (Alicia)and Michael Walker of Dayton, Ohio. A cherished friend Pearl Hawkins, a host of nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. Barbara was an employee of the VA Medical Center for over 30 years, a member of the Dayton Dialogue on Race Relations, former president of Blacks In Government, former Federal Womens Program, and Mediator for the Dayton Mediation Center. She also volunteered and organizer for the Ohio for Obama campaign.
