“Patricia” Alene Tucker, left us on December 14, 2016, to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at Stonespring Nursing Home in Dayton, Ohio. Alene was born December 2, 1930, in Roanoke, Alabama, to Albert and Everlean Strickland. She moved to Dayton, Ohio, in the early 1960s with Mr. Lenten Tucker and Mrs. Everlean (Strickland) and other relatives.
She is an active member of Mt Calvary Baptist Church where she was involved on The Jr. Usher Board, The Sunshine Band and other organizations of the church.
She devoted a much time, as health would allow to care for family members and praising God.
Mrs. Alene Tucker is preceded by Mrs. Everlean (Strickland) Dozier, Albert Strickland (parents, Walter Louis Strickland (brother), Walter Louis and Roy Louis Strickland (nephews) and numerous cousins and uncles and aunts. She is survived by two sons, Lenton Eugene and Evans Torel Tucker, 14 grandchildren, two great-grand children best friend Gloria Sue Williams, cousins, church family and friends
