Dad to have known you was to understand you and that's what I'm going to miss dearly because you was just a simple man with a heart of Gold always wanting to help others you never looked down on anyone if they were a stranger on the streets you would offer the clothes off your back or give them shelter. People talk about Hero's but nobody knew how many lives you saved that day during Hurricane Katrina risking your own but that was what drove you being able to help others and when the day came when you couldn't help nomore I saw how much that depressed you but even at the end you still was worrying about everyone around you and if they were good. I'm going to miss our late night laughs and talks about what we did during the day or our special jokes that made us laugh for hours you would always say "Cutie" nobody get me but you. Words will never express how empty my life feels without you but the Love we shared over the years and memories of all the good times we had will help me get through when I feel weak....I Love You Daddy Always and Forever "Cutie"
