karen's courage and grace inspired me in ways that will be with me always. Her commitment to her beloved grandchildren was a tribute to her love of them and her love of Her Savior Jesus, The Messiah. She brought the 3 to The Lighthouse, a sanctuary of Love and Safety. There, in the children's program on Tuesday evenings, for 3 years, they learned about their Savior, Jesus, His Word and Scripture lessons, the promises of God, praise songs and prayer, artistic projects, a drama in which they acted, and many life lessons from Pastor Peder and many teachers. I met them all there. Some folks touch your heart in profoundly lovely ways. Karen touched me in those ways. I thank God for the neighborhood outreach that brought her to us. Praise God for Karen!!!
