From Michael Goodling
I remember I taught Kaitlin the song, The Fields of Athenry. She used it to try out for Bye Bye Birdie. I'm Irish too. I remember her in Camelot. She was really good at the jousting scene. She had really dramatic lines. She did them really well. I remember that it is because of Kaitlin that Kyle came to phame

For almost 20 years Anthony and I had the true pleasure of having Kate spend time with us during the summer. It started out as something I wanted to do for my sister. But as the time passed Kate and I became more than aunt and niece. Kate became a daughter to me, one that I have loved dearly. As we all do, Kate had her moments, but they were few and far between. For the most part Kate just enjoyed and lived in the moment. I loved picking Kate up at the airport. As soon as we saw each other, her face lit up with a big smile she would run up to me and give me a big hug. As soon as Christmas was over Kate would start her list of lyrics she wanted me to look up on her next visit. Kate loved to go bowling and play miniature golf, my grandson Isaiah or my husband often took her bowling and Aunt Debbie would take her miniature golfing. We loved going to the movies, Kate got a Toll House ice cream sandwich, I got kettle corn popcorn and we shared a diet coke. When the Harry Potter exhibit opened at Universal Studios Kate and I along with Isaiah, Tee and Shelley went. Kate absolutely loved the ride, I got sick. We went to Disneyland and Kate got to be a Jedi and fight Darth Vader. We ate out a lot. We had a saying "What happens in California, stays in California". Kate never knew that I always told her mom everything. Kate touched my heart in a way I cannot describe, I just don't have the words, but I know my love for her will always be there. Sing with Angels, Petunia. Love you always, California Mom

One of the best things about staying with my hearts best friend, Terry, was Kate. I loved getting her hugs....morning one and nite time one! And once when I missed her in the morning, she had to give me my morning hug before I got my nite time hug! No matter how I felt at the time, Kate could make me feel so loved. Kate could, and did, teach the world about love and kindness. In her short life, Kate brought so much love and grace to those she met.
One of the best experiences of my life was being unexpectedly pregnant at the same time as Terry! Our babies were just a few months apart and although they spent just a short while together as little ones, it was wonderful when we did get them together. Recently my son, Kris, and I got to see Kate perform at PHAME with her dad and Kris’s husband Kevin. At dinner it was fun listening to Kate and Kevin talking about Harry Potter...and watching Kate flirt a little with Kevin!
My husband, Keith, and I were with Terry, Mike and Mary when Kate entered the world and Kris and I were with her the day she left this physical world. I was honored to be there both days and all the almost 33 years of her life.
All my love and thank you Kate for all the joy you brought.
Always and forever, Teri Foster
