As a child visiting Auntie Berk, Uncle Bob and the cousins, I always looked forward to seeing her and appreciated how sweet, loving and positive she was to me....always having something nice to say. She carried that same attitude toward my own family... first with my Jackie and then my two boys Connor and Ryan...and especially our dog Buddy. She was especially good with my Dad, her "big bro", and he, like us, appreciated it and loved her for it as well. She stayed with Dad, during a particularly difficult time when he had taken himself off his bipolar meds, so that she could sneak those into his coffee to get him back on track, and I will always be indebted to her for that effort. She will be missed.
