Jerome James Goulet, (Jerry) was born on July 2, 1931 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Florence and Noah Goulah.

Jerry grew up in St. Paul, graduated high school and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War aboard the USS Bellatrix. While on leave in Vancouver, Canada in 1953 he met his future wife Winn McBride. Upon honorable discharge from the Navy, they were married in 1954.

Jerry worked as a mechanic and attended St. Thomas College earning his BS in Engineering. After graduation he worked in the fields of instrumentation, steel investment casting and powder coating, beginning in St. Paul, then relocating to Manchester, NH in 1966 and again to West Lawn, PA in 1975.

Jerry avidly sang Barbershop quartet music and was a member of the Berks County Pretzel City Corus for several decades during which time he also participated in several quartets.
While living in Pennsylvania Jerry and Winn purchased a Sailboat named Xanadu and for many years sailed the northern Chesapeake Bay with family, teaching his sons a love of sailing they all still pursue to this day.

Jerry actively pursued genealogy research, researching and fact checking ancestors, and enjoyed being a member of the Treasure Coast Genealogy Organization in Ft. Pierce, Florida. He also routinely enjoyed a giant bowl of ice cream and also occasionally a good Manhattan, though not at the same time.

He was an ongoing source of information to his kids on everything from home improvement, auto repair, electrical work, sailing and mathematical problem solving he could always be counted on to contribute in whatever situation was presented to him. He could also tell you the make model and year of almost any American Made vehicle.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Winn along with his children, sons Jerome (Jerry) Thomas Goulet and his wife Lisa of Treasure Island, FL; Jim Goulet of Hopatcong, NJ, Steve Goulet of Port St. Lucie, FL, and daughter René Therrien and her husband Dave of Nashua, NH. Also his sister Nanette Graff, of Omaha, NB, Grandchildren Dan, Amy and Noah and Great Grandchildren Walker, Reagan and Ryan.

Jerry will be missed and honored by those he loved and who love him.
