This memorial was created in honor of Henry Galinato of Las Vegas, Nevada. Henry was born on April 13, 1929 in Paia, Maui, Hawaii. He passed away on January 28, 2017, he was 87 years old. He was the son of Calixtra Lamina and Laureano Galinato.

Henry served honorably and retired from the United States Army in 1966. He was awarded the Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, WWII Victory Medal, Army of Occupation Japan Medal, Korean War Service Medals(3), and Combat Infantry Badge.

He is survived by His wife of 62 years, Zenaida Galinato, his son Larry Galinato and wife Jodi Kiser-Galinato; daughter Virginia Page and her husband Michael Page and their children Hillary, Matthew, Zenny and Andrew. He is preceded in death by his son, U.S. Army Captain Edward P. Galinato. Henry loved to play the slot machines and enjoyed reading, fishing and watching the NY Yankees on TV. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.
