Dear Allison,
Jehovah God in the Bible at Acts 24:15 promises us that "There is going to be a resurrection". God is eager to bring back to life all who have died. Jehovah God hates death; he views it as an enemy. [1 Corinthians 15:26] He has a longing to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He yearns to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live again. - Job 14:14,15. So look forward to that time!

Death is the hardest thing we have to deal with in life. I know words can do little to take away the pain you are feeling, so may the God of comfort be with your family, helping you to cope. I have found free, comforting, information on www.jw.org. I hope it can prove to be a source of solace to you as well. (2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17 and Psalms 147:3)
