He was one of best people I have ever known. He was a very simple man. He wasn't a rich man, he didn't drive expensive cars or live in big fancy houses. He worked hard for everything he had, and to support his family.
He literally was the happiest person I have ever met. He never got mad and I never heard him raise his voice.
What ever happened, he was ok with. One of the things I loved most about him was he never judged me for anything I had done, or tried to tell me what to do. He just accepted me as I am. Another thing that just amazed me about my brother Randy, was his love and devotion to his wife "Linda". I have never seen two people in love like them. They spent every minute of every day together for over 30 yrs. and they acted like they were just married yesterday.
He would light her cigarettes and when he got a drink he would always get her one as well. We would go get Randy and take him to lunch and if Linda was unable to go, he would always save her half of his lunch. It was so sweet.
He was the most selfless person I have evr known. Always putting everybody else's needs and wants before his own. All he ever wanted was all of his family to get along and be happy. That was all he ever wanted. I will miss his kind heart and love he shared with all of us. When I would go see him he always would compliment me. He would always tell me how nice my hair looked or how he liked my shoes or shirt, he was just so sweet and kind. He always made a point to say nice things that would make you smile and make you feel good. He was always happy and smiling.
Every time I saw him, and I mean every time, he always would tell me how glad he was that I was there. How much he missed me if I had missed a Sunday because of work. He would always ask me if I was having a good time and what I would like to do.
I will miss the Sunday's we spent together playing guitar's and singing kareokee. His phone calls for every holiday and birthday's.
I think of him every time I here a Beatles song and so many other songs and things that he loved. Movies he loved, and everytime I see his kids or grandchildren.
He is always on my mind and forever in my heart and I will never forget his smile and his laugh.
I will miss him and grieve for him until the day I die. He was a part of me and there is a piece of my heart that went with him.
All my love forever Randy, you were an amazing brother. I am so grateful and proud that god chose you to be my big brother. If I had to pick out of all the brothers in the world, I would
